The user hereby agrees to use this software package only for the purposes of its evaluation of meeting the requirements of performing necessary tasks and thereby for determining the desirability of purchasing the above software package. 

Any liability of Tesseral Technologies relating to using of its software may be applied only after evaluation period when the Purchaser acquires the package license by separate License Agreement between Tesseral Technologies and the Purchaser.

User hereby agrees that it may use the above software package only to approved date. 

User hereby confirms that it is responsible for preservation of all the materials, which have been handed over by Tesseral Technologies to conduct the above evaluation.
